Winbond Electronics Co., Ltd. recently announced its self-settled revenue report for September 2022.
Winbond, which includes subsidiaries such as Nuvoton, had consolidated revenue of NT$7.352 billion in September, down 0.69% from the previous month and 19.29% from the same period last year. Cumulative consolidated revenue from January to September 2022 was NT$75.306 billion, an increase of 2.35% over the same period last year.

Winbond's new 12-inch fab in Kaohsiung is scheduled to begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2022 to batch produce chips manufactured using the newer 25Snm process, when monthly production is expected to increase to 10,000 12-inch wafers, which will increase Winbond's overall production capacity by 40%.
